1 General Introduction

5 Bonuses & Promotions

If a member attempts to withdraw after claiming a bonus without completing the required wagering, only the original deposit amount will be returned — the bonus funds will be deducted. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.

6 Gaming Rules

• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• At the member's own request.

If your account is closed, a refund of any valid balance will be initiated. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, bonus funds will not be refunded. If you wish to close your account yourself, contact support — the process will be completed within 48 hours.
